Contratanto servicios por chat

Hace una semana decidimos pasarnos a banda ancha de 7mb porque con el servicio de 600k nos pasábamos siempre de los 2gb de límite de descarga (en el nuevo servicio son 30gb). Un dato curioso es que lo hice por chat porque era Domingo y no atendían telefónicamente. Más abajo esta el diálogo completo para que vean lo simple que fué. El otro dato fué que este Domingo pasado a la madrugada puntualmente al cumplirse los 7 días que me dijieron lo activaron. Algo nuevo.
